1 Initial Consultation
We get together and determine your requirements and how Capital Web Creations can help
make your project a success. This initial consultation is provided at no charge.
3 Design and Development
The professionals at Capital Web Creations will now create the graphics, pages, forms and
when neccessary the database and Content Management System. All of our resources come
together to create a cohesive, attractive and informative website.
5 Deployment
The web site is finally deployed/published allowing the public access to your new face
on the web. Final testing, training and acceptance occurs. The balance of the contract
amount is due.

2 Proposal
Capital Web Creations will create a
conceptual proposal for your review. The proposal will detail the style, content and
site navigation. This step concludes with your acceptance and commitment to the proposal
and contract. A 25% deposit is required when the signed contract is returned.
4 Client Verification
A very important step, step 4 allows the client to spend time with the new web site
confirming the accuracy, functionality, navigability and security of the web site.
No web site is deployed without client approval and satisfaction that the original goals
were met. An additional 25% of the contract amount is due before the deployment step begins.
6 Review
As your business plan must be flexible and able to respond to market changes, constant
review of your web site is necessary. Whether changes are made to provide a new look,
take advantage of new technologies or business stategies, periodic review should occur.
