 My name is Rodney Phillips. I have been creating software for more than 20 years for companies including Liberty Mutual Insurance, Northern Telecom (NorTel) and Primavera Systems. From design and development to testing and project leadership, my experience with clients and development teams means you get a web development company ready to meet your needs. I received a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science in 1984.

My background includes a close assocation with small business. My family has built 3 successful businesses over the past 20 years. These businesses include horticulture, timberframing and a CPA firm.
